Export a list as CSV from PropStream or any other tool. Cividian reads the column headings, you confirm what each column holds, and every row is matched to a parcel. Columns it cannot place are kept as they are. Up to 2,500 rows per list.

Save a search from Comps and leads. When new Indiana sales records match it, you get an email, at most once a week.
Skip tracing
Parcel matching: Indiana sales disclosure records (STATS Indiana) and the State of Indiana parcel layer (IndianaMap); in the parcel-roll states, the state's own parcel roll at the geocoded point, kept only when the house number agrees (coverage by state). Locations: US Census Bureau geocoder. Parcel matching in the other states: coming soon.
